Magnit is seeking an AML and Financial Crimes Management (FCM) Quality Control Analyst to review CIU, FIU, and FIR work products for quality and accuracy. The role develops metrics and reports for Senior Management to analyze quality trends and patterns.

It may handle moderately scoped projects and requires strong attention to detail and regulatory knowledge. The candidate will mentor others, escalate risks, and contribute to process improvements while staying current on AML/FCM rules and best

Qualificações

• Advanced knowledge of securities industry compliance reviews.
• Understanding USA PATRIOT Act and BSA regulations.
• Knowledge of investment concepts and banking/securities operations.
• Ability to administer AML policies and procedures.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to mentor stakeholders and communicate clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Review CIU, FIU, and FIR outputs to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Verify appropriate levels of review for each case including analysis.
• Confirm dispositions and documentation accuracy.
• Ensure cases close/file per SLA and regulatory requirements.
• Provide written and verbal feedback to stakeholders.
• Prepare reports for the Quality Control Manager and Senior Management.
• Assist with special projects and act as AML/Fraud SME when needed.
• Escalate risks to stakeholders and identify improvement opportunities.
