Job summary

Auria is seeking a 3rdshift AML Process Technician for the Spartanburg Plant, Spartanburg, SC. You will perform AML processes, PLC programming adjustments, and preventive maintenance while ensuring QC standards and 5S housekeeping. This role requires flexibility for overtime and weekend work.

Ideal candidates have 5-7 years in a related field, be safety oriented, and proficient in using a calculator. Forklift license is mandatory for this site.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Auria Spartanburg forklift license.
• Effective communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned tasks and support TPM/DTM activities as directed.
• Troubleshoot processes and perform routine adjustments.
• Assist maintenance with preventive maintenance per plant management.
• Ensure processes meet QC standards and maintain 5S housekeeping.

We are currently searching for a 3rdshift AML Process Technician to join our team at our Spartanburg Plant in Spartanburg, SC.

What you will do:

• Execution of any additional tasks as assigned. Perform all needed DTM and TPM activities as decided by plant management.
• Functions to include but not limited to: Process Troubleshooting, Gripper Adjustments, Tool Changes, Roll Changes, etc.
• Assist maintenance with all/any preventative maintenance as decided by plant management.
• Ability to execute all job functions of the AML Process
• Program and make adjustments to programs for all PLC equipment.
• Perform Operator Preventative Maintenance functions.
• Ensure that all processes are within QC standards and procedures.
• Maintain standards of housekeeping and cleanliness for work area and equipment (5S).
• Follow all workplace safety rules and regulations and attend all safety training sessions as scheduled.
• Provide feedback to Production Management that will assist in the optimization of production processes.
• Notify Production Management of any issues that impede the completion of daily production, quality, and safety requirements.
• Follow all company policies, procedures; break schedules, and start/stop times.
• Interact with fellow associates in a team-based cooperative and respectful manner.
• Execution of any additional tasks as assigned.
