Job summary

Auria is hiring a 3rd shift AML Process Technician at the Spartanburg Plant in Spartanburg, SC. You will execute TPM/DTM tasks, troubleshoot processes, adjust PLC systems, and assist maintenance to keep production within QC and safety guidelines.

You must be able to operate multiple area positions, have a forklift license, and be willing to work overtime and weekends. Auria offers medical/dental/vision and vacation benefits along with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires 5–7 years of experience in a related field.
• Ability to operate multiple positions in the area.
• Forklift license is required at Auria Spartanburg.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Execute tasks and complete TPM/DTM activities as directed.
• Troubleshoot processes and adjust equipment (rollers, grippers, PLCs).
• Assist maintenance with preventive maintenance per plan.
• Ensure processes meet QC standards and 5S housekeeping.
• Provide feedback to production management to optimize processes.
• Follow company safety rules and training.

We are currently searching for a 3rdshift AML Process Technician to join our team at our Spartanburg Plant in Spartanburg, SC.

What you will do:

• Execution of any additional tasks as assigned. Perform all needed DTM and TPM activities as decided by plant management.
• Functions to include but not limited to: Process Troubleshooting, Gripper Adjustments, Tool Changes, Roll Changes, etc.
• Assist maintenance with all/any preventative maintenance as decided by plant management.
• Ability to execute all job functions of the AML Process
• Program and make adjustments to programs for all PLC equipment.
• Perform Operator Preventative Maintenance functions.
• Ensure that all processes are within QC standards and procedures.
• Maintain standards of housekeeping and cleanliness for work area and equipment (5S).
• Follow all workplace safety rules and regulations and attend all safety training sessions as scheduled.
• Provide feedback to Production Management that will assist in the optimization of production processes.
• Notify Production Management of any issues that impede the completion of daily production, quality, and safety requirements.
• Follow all company policies, procedures; break schedules, and start/stop times.
• Interact with fellow associates in a team-based cooperative and respectful manner.
• Execution of any additional tasks as assigned.
