Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking a Senior Specialist, POD Lead (AML) to join our Managed Services practice in Orlando, FL. The role leads a pod of AML specialists, delivering timely monitoring, alert reviews, and case investigations while coaching staff and ensuring quality outcomes.

You will develop SOPs, collaborate with internal and client stakeholders to mitigate risks, and report on AML metrics and operational insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience supporting client engagements in an operational or delivery capacity.
• Minimum three years of experience supervising or managing delivery teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is expected.
• Demonstrated AML operations experience, including transaction monitoring, alert handling, and case management.
• Strong project management, communication, presentation, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a POD of specialists and analysts within Managed Services ensuring timely and accurate AML task delivery.
• Supervise POD members, review work for quality, and provide actionable feedback.
• Oversee AML operations including monitoring, alerts, and case investigations in line with standards.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and user guides for consistent AML delivery across PODs.
• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to mitigate delivery risks and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and present status reports to clients and Lead Specialists; support ad-hoc requests as needed.
• Uphold integrity and a respectful, professional work environment.
