ACA Group is seeking an AML/KYC Consultant to support investor onboarding and ongoing monitoring within private funds. You will perform detailed reviews, assess entity structures, and escalate high‑risk matters while meeting productivity and SLA expectations.

You’ll review documents for various investor types and collaborate with the team to ensure consistent onboarding delivery across engagements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in AML/KYC for private markets or fund compliance.
• Experience reviewing institutional investors and complex structures.
• Familiarity with Luxembourg, Cayman Islands, or US regulatory expectations.

Responsabilités

• Perform AML/KYC reviews for investor onboarding and lifecycle events.
• Support CDD/EDD processes following established procedures.
• Review investor docs across corporates, partnerships, trusts, FI.
• Analyze ownership structures and propose valid substitutes when needed.
• Document conclusions clearly with risk considerations and follow-ups.
• Escalate high‑risk files to senior reviewers as required.
• Maintain productivity, quality, and SLA standards.
