Crowe is seeking a Financial Crime Compliance professional to join our Austin, TX team. You will conduct investigations, perform due diligence on high-risk individuals and entities, and support regulatory reporting under supervision.

You will review alerts, perform SARs, and apply sanctions screening knowledge while collaborating with Crowe teams across locations. Strong communication, data analysis, and integrity are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum experience in financial crime compliance management.
• Knowledge of BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC and SAR requirements.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills; ability to multi-task.
• Experience with online research and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of monitoring processes.
• Ability to work autonomously and with teams in different locations.
• Excellent communication at all levels.
• Ability to draw conclusions from data and make decisions.
• Data-driven decision making.
• Integrity and professionalism.

Responsabilités

• Review alerts and investigate potential suspicious activity; prepare SAR recommendations.
• Conduct periodic holistic reviews of higher risk individuals or entities.
• Review potential matches with sanctions lists.
• Utilize data analysis to assess financial crime risk and designation.
• Maintain knowledge of BSA, Patriot Act, OFAC requirements.
• Assist in delivering financial crime consulting services to Banks, MSBs, FinTechs.
• Handle other duties as assigned by employer.
