Qualifications

• 1-year minimum experience in financial services Financial Crime compliance management or related roles.
• Knowledge of money-laundering laws including BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC and SAR requirements.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills with ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing alerts and investigations for potentially suspicious activity and prepare SARs.
• Conduct periodic holistic reviews of higher risk individuals or entities.
• Review potential matches with sanctions lists and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making in financial crime risk designation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and make informed decisions.
