Crowe is seeking a Temporary Financial Crime Audit & Testing Consultant in the United States. You will work on AML/BSA compliance projects for diverse financial institutions, applying internal audit and testing best practices.

The role emphasizes collaboration, precise reporting, and adherence to regulatory standards. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in BSA/AML consulting, internal audit, or compliance testing, and may possess CAMS/CIA/CISA credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in BSA/AML consulting/advisory, bank internal audit, or compliance testing.
• Professional certifications such as CAMS, CIA, CISA are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, audit, and monitor compliance of BSA/ AML requirements for financial institutions of all sizes.
• Execute across all phases of an audit, including planning, walkthroughs, test procedures, artifacts, and reporting.
• Deliver written or oral reports of audit results to senior management and audit committees.
• Build and manage relationships with Business Lines across all three lines of defense.
