Qualifications

• Solid understanding of AML/BSA regulations and internal audit practices.
• Experience with statistical analytics and testing methods.

• Experience in financial services internal audit or third-line audit preferable.

Responsibilities

• Develop, audit, and monitor BSA/AML compliance for financial institutions of all sizes.
• Conduct audits from planning to reporting, including walkthroughs and test procedures.
• Report audit findings to senior management and audit committees with recommended actions.
• Build relationships across all three lines of defense within business lines.
