Job summary

Capitex is seeking a Manager to lead AML analytics engagements within FCC Analytics. You will own day-to-day delivery, validate models, test data quality, and conduct programme reviews with rigorous, structured execution.

You will manage multiple engagements, lead teams of 2–20, and communicate findings to senior stakeholders, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery in a consulting-driven finance environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 7+ years of consulting experience.
• At least 4 years in financial crime (AML, sanctions, etc).
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• CAMS strongly preferred; MBA preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution across multiple complex engagements.
• Lead project teams of 2–20 people and allocate tasks to meet SOW deliverables on time and budget.
• Interact with senior client stakeholders and present findings clearly in writing and verbally.
