Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, BI, or related fields.
• SQL experience with query development.
• Experience supporting business reporting and ad hoc analytical requests.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and deliver recurring business, operational, regulatory, and management reports.
• Respond to ad hoc reporting and data requests from business partners and leadership.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and define reporting requirements.
• Ensure reports are delivered accurately and on established timelines.
• Present findings, trends, and data insights in a clear and actionable manner.
• Support business decisions through data analysis and reporting.
• Write and maintain SQL queries to support reporting and analytical needs.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
• Validate and reconcile data across multiple sources.
• Troubleshoot reporting issues and resolve data discrepancies.
• Recommend process improvements that increase reporting efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain reporting procedures, business rules, and logic documentation.
• Ensure reporting processes comply with controls and governance standards.
• Participate in report enhancement and modernization efforts.
• Assist with audit, compliance, and regulatory requests as needed.
• Build strong relationships with business partners and reporting consumers.
• Provide reporting consultation and support to stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into reporting solutions.
• Manage competing priorities while maintaining strong customer service.
