What’s the position?
Our Anti-Money laundering (AML) Compliance Manager will be an integral part of our Compliance Team, reporting to the AML Officer. The AML Compliance Manager will primarily oversee the AML and Fraud reporting and investigation function and ensure day-to-day operations are being followed properly.
As an AML Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for:
Provide support to the AML Officer and assist with managing day-to-day operations.
Lead a team of investigation analysts.
Manage AML reports and metrics for business partners and regulators across multiple jurisdictions.
Ensure proper archiving and retention of records and communications relating to incident reporting for audit purposes.
Perform periodic quality control reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Develop and update processes, procedures, policies, and training programs at the direction of the AML Officer.
Conduct high-risk investigations as necessary and generate comprehensive Compliance reports for external stakeholders.
Assist with internal and external audits.
Work with internal stakeholders including AML, Fraud, Risk, Customer Service, and Trading, to ensure thorough incident reporting.
Work with external stakeholders including state regulators, market access partners, and law enforcement to provide necessary support, supporting documentation, and evidence when required.
Develop key performance indicators (KPI) reports and dashboards for management.
Ensure record keeping requirements are met, and documentation is well organized and accessible.

What are we looking for?
Superior written and verbal communication skills. This position places a premium on the ability to prepare thorough, concise, well organized, professional written products for internal and external stakeholders.
The role is best suited for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with a passion for the AML/BSA, sports, and casino gaming industries.
A highly motivated self-starter who can work independently and drive results without constant supervision.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
At least 5 years of AML/BSA experience in the Fintech, banking, igaming, or casino industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong investigative skills, sound judgement, and the ability to review and interpret financial data and activity, in order to make accurate decisions and provide sound recommendations based on available evidence.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of the BSA and the rules and regulations of the gaming industry.
The ability to adapt to changing priorities and to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
Professional AML certification is highly recommended (e.g., CAMS, CFE, ACFCS).
