Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Temporary Financial Crime Audit & Testing Consultant to join our Regulatory Compliance practice. You will support AML/BSA testing and internal audit engagements for financial institutions, ranging from banks to fintechs, in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of AML/BSA consulting or internal audit experience, applicable certifications, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in BSA/AML consulting/advisory, bank internal audit, or compliance testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop, audit, and monitor compliance of BSA/ AML requirements for financial institutions of all sizes.
• Execute across all phases of an audit, including planning, walkthroughs, testing, and reporting.
• Submit written or oral reports of audit results to senior management and audit committees.
• Build and manage relationships with Business Lines across all three lines of defense.
