Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Financial Crime Audit & Testing Consultant (Temporary) to help ensure AML/BSA compliance for financial institutions. The role covers planning, testing, reporting, and collaboration across lines of defense in a dynamic consulting environment.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in BSA/AML consulting or internal audit, relevant certifications (CAMS/CIA/CISA), and strong communication skills. Travel up to 5% may be required; federal work eligibility applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 3+ years in BSA/AML consulting or internal audit.
• Certified AML/CIA/CISA or related certification preferred.
• Knowledge of AML/BSA regulatory requirements for retail banking.
• Willingness to travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Develop, audit, and monitor compliance of BSA/AML requirements for financial institutions.
• Execute across all phases of an audit, including planning, walkthroughs, testing, and reporting.
• Present audit findings to senior management and audit committees with recommendations.
• Build and manage relationships across all three lines of defense.
