Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Temporary Consultant in Financial Crime Regulatory Compliance to perform AML/BSA testing for financial institutions of various sizes in a professional services setting. You will work with teams across audits, compliance, and risk management to ensure sound AML controls and regulatory alignment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in BSA/AML consulting or internal audit, CAMS/CIA/CISA or equivalent, and strong analytical and communication skills. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with internal audit processes and control testing.
• Strong communication with senior management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, audit, and monitor BSA/AML compliance for financial institutions.
• Execute all audit phases from planning to reporting.
