Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Temporary Senior Consultant in Financial Crime Audit & Testing to support AML and BSA compliance programs across financial institutions. You will work with cross-functional teams to conduct internal audit engagements, design test procedures, and report findings to senior leadership.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in BSA/AML consulting or related audit roles and hold or pursue certifications such as CAMS, CIA, or CISA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in BSA/AML consulting/advisory, bank internal audit, or compliance testing.
• Certifications such as CAMS, CIA, CISA or other relevant credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, audit, and monitor compliance of BSA/ AML requirements for financial institutions of all sizes.
• Execute across all phases of an audit, including planning, walkthroughs, developing/executing test procedures, tracking artifacts and reporting on deliverables.
• Submit written or oral reports of audit results to senior management and audit committees including findings, analysis, conclusions and recommended actions.
• Build and manage relationships with Business Lines across all three lines of defense.
