Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Temporary Consultant in Financial Crime Audit & Testing to support AML and BSA compliance testing for financial institutions of varying sizes. The role focuses on independent testing and internal audit engagements within financial services, including banks, MSBs, Fintechs, and asset managers.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in BSA/AML consulting or internal audit, with relevant certifications and strong communication skills. Travel up to 5% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3+ years in BSA/AML consulting/advisory or internal audit.
• Knowledge of AML/BSA regulatory requirements and controls testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop, audit, and monitor BSA/AML compliance for financial institutions of all sizes.
• Execute across audit phases: planning, walkthroughs, test procedures, reporting.
• Submit audit results to senior management and audit committees with findings and recommendations.
• Build and maintain relationships with business lines across all three lines of defense.
