Job summary

EY Consulting is seeking an Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Program Management Senior Manager to lead large, complex AMI deployments in North America. You will shape pursuits, guide multi‑workstream delivery, and build trusted relationships with senior utility stakeholders across PMO, organizational change, and field deployment.

You will stand up integrated PMOs, govern scope, staffing, risks and change control while coaching teams to deliver measurable benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information systems, business or related field.
10+ years AMI program management experience with hands-on delivery accountability.
Experience leading large North American AMI deployments across planning, mobilization, and delivery.
Professional services or consulting experience delivering client engagements.
Approximately 3+ years of consulting experience with client-ready deliverables.
Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance delivery and analysis.
Willingness to travel 65–80% and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

Lead AMI program management pursuits including strategy, proposals and approvals.
Build relationships with senior utility stakeholders and represent the practice in governance forums.
Guide AMI delivery across planning, mobilization, design, requirements, readiness and deployment.
Stand up integrated PMOs with governance, RAID, and executive reporting.
Manage multi-workstream teams, staffing, risk, change orders and quality.
Develop delivery methods, assets and coach leads to scalable delivery.
