Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize product backlogs and plan sprints.

Responsibilities

• Analyze system problems and propose changes; troubleshoot production issues.
• Ensure safety and environmental programs are followed and documented.
• Collaborate with IT teams to test and deploy AMI infrastructure changes.
• Gather requirements from business users and translate to technical specs.
• Maintain dashboards and monitoring, develop alerts; support continuous delivery.
• Lead Scrum ceremonies, remove obstacles, and promote Agile practices.
• Support 24/7 AMI operations and data handling for meters and sensors.
