Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with systems testing, test management, UAT, defect management, and test reporting.
• Experience managing project scope, schedules, risks, vendors, contracts, budgets, invoices, and production implementations.
• Understanding of AMI system integrations with PFE, CSS/CC&B, MAMS, HES, MDMS, WMS, or related systems (preferred).
• Experience delivering training, change management, and knowledge transfer to business users and support teams (preferred).
• PM/PMI/Scrum Master experience or certification (preferred).
• SQL skills to query and troubleshoot data; Power BI for dashboards (preferred).

Aufgaben

• Provide PFE application support to business users and coordinate with application support teams and vendors.
• Manage and prioritize PFE enhancement requests and annual roadmap from initiation to delivery.
• Manage PFE project scope, schedules, risks, funding sources, and budgets.
• Review vendor estimates, statements of work, contracts, interfaces, and procurement reviews.
• Lead or participate in PFE sprint ceremonies and planning activities.
• Develop and manage test plans for enhancements and defects; coordinate UAT and test results approval.
• Monitor defects, work items, and interfaces with AMI and related systems.
• Provide rollout, training, change-management, and stakeholder communications to AMI leadership.
