Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate multiple Professional Services client project implementations of Aclara's AMI products and services. You will work with a team of customers, project managers, systems engineers, product managers, business analysts, developers and other Aclara resources.

The role requires a California Class A Contractor’s License and 40% travel willingness. Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $140,000 annually, with a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business; or 10+ years of relevant experience in major account project management.
• 4+ years of directly relevant experience as a Project Manager for complex engineering solutions (software/hardware or network applications).
• 3+ years' experience managing the delivery of multi-function technical services.
• 3+ years' experience managing project resources.
• 3+ years' experience in a customer-facing role providing project management and support.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering large professional services/implementation projects.
• Experience with client-facing activities: sales calls, business development, requirements gathering, planning, risk assessment, and meetings.
• Strong senior level client relationship development.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of products and services including smart meters, sensors, controls, networks, software and services.
• Manage multiple client deployments, keep timelines, address issues, and motivate clients and teams.
• Coordinate internal tasks across departments (ordering, product management, field resources, training, software configuration).
• Understand contracts and represent internally and to customers.
• Develop project plans, budgets, milestones, and resource needs to ensure on-time delivery.
• Track goals, milestones, timelines, action items, metrics and budgets across implementation.
• Build relationships with prime contractors and third-party providers.
