Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate multiple professional services implementations across several California locations including Carson, Ontario, Corona, Roseville, Foothill Ranch, Chatsworth and surrounding areas. You will oversee delivery of smart meters, sensors, and related software deployments, coordinating with product, field resources and management teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business preferred.
• Ten years of experience in major account project management may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Four+ years directly managing complex engineering solutions deployments (software/hardware or networks).
• Three+ years managing delivery of multi-function technical services.
• Three+ years managing project resources and customer-facing PM roles.
• Proven track record of large professional services/implementation projects.
• Experience with client-facing activities: sales calls, requirements gathering, planning, risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of multiple client project implementations.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources across departments.
• Ramp up on new hardware/software releases to ensure successful client implementations.
• Interact with clients to understand business needs and manage risks.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prime contractors and third-party providers.
• Lead project planning, tracking, and reporting with stakeholders.
