Job summary

William & Mary’s Civic & Community Engagement office seeks a part-time AmeriCorps Program Coordinator to support daily administrative operations and contribute to the AmeriCorps program and its members.

The ideal candidate brings experience in education, youth development, and program management, and will oversee the full member lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, training, placement, and offboarding, while coordinating background checks and timesheets.

Qualifications

• Experience with administrative processes (timesheets, records, background checks).
• Strong MS Office skills and comfort with new technology.
• Excellent organizational abilities for program coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage member timesheets and coordinate with site supervisors.
• Oversee training, onboarding, recruitment, placement and offboarding.
• Support data management and reporting for AmeriCorps activities.
• Facilitate scheduling and registration for trainings.
