Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• Master's degree in business administration, engineering, operations, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in change management, process improvement, project management, or a related field required.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Yellow, Green, Black Belt) or equivalent preferred.
• Certification in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Prosci Change Management, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing; ability to communicate with people from different technical and business backgrounds.
• Ability to lead dynamically and energize work teams to learn and apply new skills and techniques.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, Access databases, Word, PowerPoint and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Designs and maintains an integrated program roadmap and long-term plan across interdependent projects to meet compliance and business outcomes.
• Coordinates governance routines and cross-project delivery activities to maintain alignment to scope, schedule, quality, and budget commitments.
• Develops change and transition plans covering stakeholder impacts, communications, training, readiness, and adoption measurement to minimize operational disruption.
• Guides transition execution including cutover planning, go-live readiness, hypercare coordination, and stabilization activities to support operational integration.
• Evaluates interdependencies, risks, financial tracking, and performance metrics and recommends mitigation actions and course corrections to sustain delivery continuity.
• Advises decision-makers on risk and dependency impacts to accelerate decisions and protect delivery commitments.
