Cushman & Wakefield in the United States is seeking an Americas Transaction Management Lead responsible for day-to-day transaction management for a complex real estate portfolio on behalf of national/global clients. You will implement vision, strategy, and metrics, and oversee budgeting, revenue, and profit tracking.

This role requires seven+ years in transaction management or corporate real estate, leadership of cross-functional teams, and strong financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Requires seven or more years of experience.
• Specialized knowledge/skills experience in transaction management or corporate real estate.
• Experience with high-level, complex transaction management including experience in contract management/compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio plans and align with client real estate goals and objectives.
• Lead and optimize portfolio strategy with clients’ workplace initiatives.
• Manage brokerage professionals to negotiate terms for lease, sale, sublease, and purchase.
• Coordinate with clients' real estate functions for consistency and value.
• Lead business development and create senior-level relationships.
• Oversee key documentation and client communications.
• Present financials and transaction performance to client and Cushman & Wakefield leadership.
• Coordinate client site visits and market tours; ensure compliance with real estate standards.
