Aramex is recruiting a Regional Talent Acquisition Partner - Americas to lead the talent agenda across the region, partnering with business and HR leaders to build leadership, commercial, operational and specialist capability to meet current priorities and future growth.

The role translates global TA strategy into regional execution, combining hands-on responsibility for senior hiring with proactive talent mapping, direct sourcing, agency optimization, early-career pipeline development,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Significant talent acquisition experience in a multinational, multi-site or regionally complex organization.
• Proven success recruiting senior leadership, strategic and business-critical talent across multiple functions and markets.
• Hands-on experience in executive search, proactive market mapping, direct sourcing, headhunting and external pipeline development.
• Experience rationalizing recruitment agencies, managing preferred suppliers and negotiating commercial arrangements.
• Experience developing university relations, internship, graduate or early-career programs.
• Experience supporting business growth, new-market entry, high-volume mobilization or organizational transformation is preferred.
• Comfort using recruitment technology, applicant tracking systems, talent intelligence, analytics and AI-enabled sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional TA strategy and partner with business leaders to align workforce priorities with growth plans.
• Execute end-to-end senior and critical hiring across the Americas with clear success profiles and market propositions.
• Develop and nurture direct sourcing, talent pipelines and succession plans for key roles.
• Rationalize agencies, manage preferred suppliers and negotiate terms to optimize value.
• Partner on university relations and early-career programs to build sustainable entry pathways.
• Drive governance, analytics and adoption of TA technology across the region.
