Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Regional Talent Acquisition Manager, Americas to lead TA strategy across North America and Latin America from the Milwaukee, WI headquarters. You will oversee a team of TA professionals, partner with senior leaders, and drive innovative, data-driven recruitment across the region.

The ideal candidate will balance strategic vision with operational excellence, coach recruiters, and promote inclusive hiring practices while aligning with global TA leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Acquisition strategy and delivery across North America and Latin America.
• Be a strategic partner to business leaders and HR partners with market insights.
• Develop and execute scalable recruiting strategies to strengthen pipelines.
• Use recruiting analytics and labor market data to guide decisions.
• Build and enhance TA capabilities including succession planning and internal mobility.
• Coach, develop, and mentor recruiting teams.
• Align with global TA leaders to execute the multi-year TA roadmap.
• continuously improve time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate experience.
