Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
• 8–12+ years in strategy, consulting, corporate strategy, or similar roles (retail, consumer, or omnichannel experience preferred).
• Proven ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels with strong storytelling for executives.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic thought partner to the Americas MD and advance the regional transformation agenda.
• Lead the Americas strategic planning process with Corporate Strategy and Finance.
• Develop multi‑year roadmaps and phased plans for the Americas organization and operating model.
• Integrate enterprise strategies into Americas planning and prioritization.
• Identify and advance critical enablers across people, process, structure, and technology.
• Lead large cross‑functional initiatives from definition through delivery.
• Shape organizational design and foundational processes for scalability.
• Set goals, milestones, and success metrics with rigorous progress tracking.
• Coordinate across corporate strategy, finance, technology, and functions.
• Influence senior leaders to drive decisions and accountability.
• Translate complex challenges into clear strategic choices for execs.
