NXP Semiconductors seeks a Chief of Staff and Transformation Leader for Americas Sales to support the SVP and drive a regional transformation across sales processes, operating model, data, and AI-enabled execution. 8+ years of leadership experience in sales transformation, sales operations, or related fields.
Strong ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact.
Comfort operating with senior leaders in ambiguous environments.
Strong understanding of AI use cases in commercial organizations.

Responsibilities

Lead the AMEC Sales transformation agenda from strategy through execution, adoption, and outcomes.
Redesign sales, management, and operating workflows to be AI-enabled and scalable.
Provide executive visibility into progress, risks, decisions, and business impact.
Coordinate across Sales, Sales Ops, IT, Data & Analytics, Finance, HR and external partners.
Drive change management and enablement for sustained adoption.
