NXP Semiconductors is seeking a Chief of Staff and Transformation Leader for the Americas Sales organization. The role supports the SVP America Sales and drives a multi-quarter transformation across sales processes, operating model, data, and AI-enabled execution.

Based in the US with preferred locations in Austin, Phoenix, or San Jose, the candidate will partner across IT, Finance, HR, and Sales Ops to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership in sales transformation and related fields.
• Ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives with measurable impact.
• Comfort with senior leaders in ambiguous environments.
• Strong understanding of AI use cases in commercial organizations.
• Systems thinking to redesign end-to-end processes.
• Excellent structured thinking and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead AMEC Sales transformation agenda from strategy to outcomes.
• Redesign high-value sales workflows with AI-enabled approaches.
• Partner with Sales Ops, IT, Data & Analytics, Finance, HR.
• Provide executive visibility on progress, risks, and impact.
• Drive change management and adoption across AMEC Sales.
