Qualifications

• 8+ years in Sales Operations or related roles in SaaS/tech.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• 2–3+ years Salesforce CRM experience with reports and dashboards.
• Experience supporting a B2B sales org and partnering with sales leaders.
• Experience with forecasting, pipeline management, revenue reporting, and annual sales planning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic Sales Operations partner for Americas Sales leadership, guiding forecasting, pipeline health, and quota planning.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Operations Analysts across cross-functional partners.
• Translate global field strategy into effective Americas GTM execution through annual and territory planning, account alignment, and revenue analysis.
• Drive operational excellence from strategy through adoption, to improve productivity and data integrity.
• Act as a trusted advisor turning complex challenges into scalable processes and practical solutions.
