Job summary

Dyson in Chicago is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Operations Manager to lead end-to-end S&OP across the Americas, aligning commercial objectives with demand, supply, and financial targets. You will bridge Sales, Marketing, Finance, Demand Planning, and Supply Planning to drive cross-functional decision-making and inventory optimization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in supply chain roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• Strong working knowledge of supply chain processes and systems.
• Advanced in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP and MRP systems (SAP is a plus).
• Comfortable working with large complex data sets.
• Ability to create process governance and structure while managing competing priorities.
• Organized, with excellent follow-through capabilities.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate team members

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly S&OP process for Americas region.
• Balance supply and demand and run executive S&OP meetings.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to align priorities.
• Communicate supply, inventory, and service risks with recommended actions.
• Monitor and improve planning metrics and inventory health.
• Drive planning excellence and digital transformation across the organization.
