Job summary

Dyson, with a strong Chicago presence, seeks a Sr. Customer Collaboration Analyst (Supply Chain) to support customer compliance and Order-to-Cash across major retail accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Customer Operations, Order-to-Cash, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or related discipline.
• Experience with retail customers or customer-facing processes.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to identify trends and solve problems.
• Experience with deductions, claims, chargebacks, disputes, or compliance is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support customer compliance activities across strategic retail customers including Walmart, Amazon, Costco, Best Buy, Target, and others.
• Review deductions, chargebacks, shortages, and claims to identify root causes and propose corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Sales Account Managers and Customer Service to resolve issues quickly.
• Monitor customer scorecards, compliance metrics, and operational performance indicators.
• Review customer requirements, routing guides, and contracts to ensure compliance.
• Work with Logistics and Supply Chain to improve processes and implement controls.
• Assist in Order-to-Cash execution by monitoring order flow and resolving exceptions.
• Prepare reports on deductions, claims, penalties, compliance trends, and recovery opportunities.
• Partner with Dyson Business Services and internal stakeholders to resolve disputes.
• Identify opportunities to reduce penalties and improve customer satisfaction.
• Maintain documentation and SOPs for customer compliance.
