Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years in Customer Operations, Order-to-Cash, or related disciplines.
• Experience with retail customers or customer-facing processes.
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and solve problems.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support customer compliance across strategic retail customers.
• Review deductions, chargebacks, and claims to identify root causes.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Service to resolve issues.
• Monitor scorecards and compliance metrics.
• Prepare reporting on deductions, penalties, and trends.
• Maintain documentation and SOPs for customer compliance.
