Join us as an Americas S/4 Program Specialist and work closely with local sites and regional business functions to build readiness for a global transformation that will strengthen how we work across functions, sites, and regions—helping us operate more effectively as one Novonesis.

In this role, you will help connect project teams, site leadership, and business stakeholders throughout the S/4 program journey. Working closely with regional and global partners, you will support deployment readiness, testing, go-live activities, and post-deployment stabilization while helping ensure business continuity across multiple sites throughout the Americas.

The Role & Your Impact

As the Americas S/4 Specialist, you will serve as a critical coordination point between regional business teams, project leadership, implementation partners, and site stakeholders. This is a highly collaborative role that combines project coordination, stakeholder engagement, deployment support, and PMO execution to help ensure successful adoption of S/4 across the Americas.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support planning and execution of S/4 deployment activities across the Americas
  • Coordinate business participation throughout Explore, Build, Realize, testing, deployment preparation, go-live, and hypercare phases.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, milestone trackers, action logs, decision logs, and dependency trackers.
  • Prepare governance materials including dashboards, presentations, status updates, meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Partner with site managers, supervisors, super users, and end users to drive engagement, readiness, and issue visibility.
  • Support testing logistics, deployment readiness activities, go-live execution, risk identification, and hypercare follow-up.
  • Monitor risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation activities, escalating concerns through the Americas PMO as appropriate.
  • Help sites prepare for operational impacts and business continuity requirements during testing, cutover, go-live, and stabilization activities.
What You’ll Need To Be Successful
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience supporting business processes, projects, programs, operations, or continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Experience coordinating activities involving multiple stakeholders, functions, locations, or competing priorities.
  • Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on established timelines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder-management capabilities.
  • Ability to build relationships across organizational levels and drive action through influence.
  • Adaptability and a proactive mindset in a fast-paced project environment.

  • Experience preparing leadership presentations, dashboards, executive communications, and status reporting.
  • Experience facilitating workshops, coordinating stakeholder meetings, and driving action-oriented follow-up.
  • Interest in business transformation, process improvement, and organizational change initiatives.
What We Offer
