Join us as a Head of PMO - US - SAP S/4HANA Rollout

Novonesis is seeking an experienced PMO Manager to oversee and manage the SAP S/4HANA rollout in the USA during 2026 and 2027. This role will be part of the global PMO based in Denmark, with headquarters in Lyngby. The PMO Manager will serve as a crucial link between the global PMO and the US organization, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of the rollout.

In This Role You'll Make An Impact By

• Engaging and managing relationships with key stakeholders, including the global team and implementation partner Deloitte.
• Overseeing the SAP S/4HANA rollout at pilot sites in Franklinton and Blair, focusing on testing, training, cutover, and hyper care.
• Ensuring a strong focus on data preparation and data cleansing activities.
• Shifting focus to staffing and onboarding the team for full implementation across the Americas (Latin America and Canada) after the pilot phase.
• Reporting directly to the S/4 Program Director, providing regular updates on project progress and challenges.

To Succeed You Must Hold

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in SAP transformation programs.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes within the process industry.
• Strong knowledge of change management and stakeholder management.
• Ability to travel up to 40%, with on-site presence in Franklinton required.
• Relevant degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
