Novonesis is seeking a Global Marketing Associate, Beverages, to join its Global Beverages Marketing team in North Carolina. You will support the development and execution of global marketing initiatives across the beverage portfolio and collaborate with regional teams in a dynamic international environment.

The role emphasizes strategic analysis, commercialization support, marketing communications, and cross-functional coordination to drive growth and value for customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in marketing, market intelligence, business analytics, commercialization, product management, or market research.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to transform data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Generate actionable market insights by tracking beverage industry developments, market dynamics, consumer trends, customer needs, and relevant regulatory and technology developments.
• Develop and maintain competitive intelligence in collaboration with regional sales, marketing, and technical teams.
• Support product portfolio management through portfolio performance analysis, opportunity identification, and strategic recommendations.
• Contribute to new product launches and commercialization activities, including market assessments, positioning, value proposition development, and launch execution.
• Conduct pricing and value analyses to support pricing recommendations and strengthen value-based commercial decision-making.
• Create and manage content for internal and external communication channels.
• Develop customer-facing marketing collateral that supports business objectives and industry positioning.
• Coordinate selected global marketing projects and support alignment from planning through execution.

The Role & Your Impact

As a Global Marketing Associate, Beverages, you will support the development and execution of global marketing initiatives that drive growth across our beverage portfolio. This role combines strategic analysis, commercialization support, marketing communications, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with global and regional colleagues across marketing, sales, technical services, application development, insights, and communications.

Compensation & Benefits

Expected pay range: $80,000-$100,000
