Cohesity, Inc. seeks an experienced Sales Operations leader to scale Americas business. You will partner with Area VP and District Sales leaders to align strategy with execution, champion forecast accuracy, and drive efficiency across finance, pricing, renewals, and channel functions.

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, data-driven decision making, and building scalable processes in a fast-growth enterprise software environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in technology, with at least 7 years in Sales Operations, Finance or Sales Leadership.
• Experience leading Sales Operations in high-growth, enterprise software companies.
• Strong decision-making, prioritization, and deadlines discipline.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and financial targets.
• Collaborate with Global Revenue Operations to drive predictability and standardization.
• Oversee Area and District sales forecasts with emphasis on accuracy.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for performance and productivity improvements.
• Steward strategic deals across cross-functional teams (finance, legal, pricing, renewals, channel).
