Job summary

Celanese seeks a Regional Planning Manager for EP Americas to lead the regional planning and scheduling team, ensuring feasible production, raw materials, and packaging plans aligned with business priorities.

The role partners with manufacturing, logistics, customer service, sales and business lines to keep plans updated, resolve constraints, and maintain smooth operations across the Americas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 3+ years in planning, manufacturing, or S&OP in production or supply chain.
• Hands-on experience with SAP or OM Partners or similar tools.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional planning for the Americas, guiding a remote scheduling team.
• Run monthly S&OP cycles including Demand and Supply Reviews.
• Review and approve demand forecasts with supply constraints.
• Perform short- and long-term capacity planning across regions.
• Coordinate with network optimization to set inventory targets.
• Track S&OP action items for continuous improvement.
• Manage Material Master Data and SAP allocation settings for the region.
