Job summary

Shining 3D is seeking a senior financial leader to oversee US GAAP financial reporting, budgeting, and cash management. The role leads a finance team and coordinates with sales, operations, HR, and legal to align financial objectives.

Responsibilities include tax planning, financial statement preparation, and asset management across the Americas, ensuring compliance and strategic financial support for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics.
• 5+ years of progressive financial management experience in the United States.
• In-depth knowledge of US GAAP.
• CPA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Record to Report, timely prepare financial statements based on US GAAP.
• Manage annual budget, including variance analysis and expense review.
• Oversee cash management operations and investment strategies.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance with federal/state/local taxes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies.
