Job summary

The candidate will supervise month-end close, audit coordination, and Escrow/cashier functions, while aligning with global processes and standards.

Qualifications

• CPA or CMA qualification is required.
• 10+ years in a dynamic, high-transaction environment.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to senior management.
• Oversee budgeting and forecasting for the Americas market.
• Evaluate investment opportunities with detailed financial models.
• Coordinate audit and internal controls with external auditors.
• Manage Escrow, client monies and cashier processes in compliance.
• Develop and mentor the finance team across a matrix organization.
