Job summary

CSL Behring seeks an Associate Director, Clinical Operations Site Management & Oversight Lead (SMOL) to ensure effective conduct and supervision of site management activities for clinical programs in the Americas. This role leads CSAs, coordinates oversight plans, and ensures regulatory compliance, timelines and budget adherence across studies.

The role requires strong leadership, CRO management experience, and in-depth knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines with a focus on quality and risk mitigation

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure quality and compliance of clinical program execution across studies
• Lead site management activities and oversight within the Americas region
• Ensure adherence to ICH/GCP and regulatory requirements across sites
• Manage CRO relationships and vendor oversight for site monitoring
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align regional execution with global strategy
