• 5+ years in clinical research with monitoring or project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive global/area CSM deliverables to timelines with allocated resources.
• Lead monitoring strategy and site engagement plans.
• Manage site activation, selection, and close-out in collaboration with SMLs.
• Ensure TMF completeness and study-level QA through data locks.
