Johnson Matthey Inc. is seeking an Americas Procurement Lead to shape strategy and execution across the region. You will partner with senior leaders to drive value through cost optimisation, supplier collaboration and sustainable sourcing.

You will lead a high‑performing procurement team across plants and business units, deliver strategic sourcing, contract management and risk mitigation, and champion governance and continuous improvement to strengthen procurement capability.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior procurement leadership experience across sites, regions or complex manufacturing environments.
• Proven ability to develop and execute category strategies and lead large‑scale sourcing initiatives.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders within a global matrix organisation.
• Deep expertise in supplier management, negotiations, contract development and risk management.
• Experience leading organisational change and building high‑performing teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical capability balancing strategic priorities with delivery.
