Uber is seeking a senior performance marketing strategist to lead paid marketing strategy for Delivery in the Americas. You’ll sit at the intersection of business strategy, analytics, and paid media to identify growth opportunities and shape investment decisions.

In this strategy role you’ll partner with regional leaders, global channel teams, and cross-functional partners to turn complex business problems into clear, data-driven plans and drive high-impact growth across markets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, Marketing Strategy, Digital Media, or related analytical growth function.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate Delivery priorities into cross-channel paid growth strategies across the Americas.
• Determine where and how Paid should invest across markets, channels, audiences, and initiatives.
• Identify, test, and scale new approaches to drive incremental Delivery growth.
