Job summary
Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Sales Director, OEM Americas, to lead the Fire OEM business. You will drive profitable growth through OEM partnerships, expand market share across priority verticals, and build long-term customer relationships that accelerate adoption of Honeywell Fire technologies, software, and services.
You will own commercial strategy and execution for key OEM customers, lead a high-performing team, collaborate with Offering Management, Marketing, Operations, and Finance
Qualifications
- 10+ years of sales, business development, or commercial leadership experience.
- Experience managing strategic accounts within OEM, industrial, engineered solutions, or technology-based industries.
- Demonstrated success leading large revenue portfolios and achieving growth objectives.
- Experience developing and executing sales strategies across multiple countries or regions.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the Americas.
- Experience reading and reviewing legal contracts.
- Successfully delivers results in demanding environments with changing priorities.
