Interface is a global flooring and sustainability leader focused on design, performance, and sustainability. The Associate Marketing Manager will support Americas marketing activation, owning key programs, coordinating assets, and ensuring timely delivery to internal and external stakeholders.

The role reports to the Marketing Activation Manager and requires collaboration across departments and global functions. It involves budget support and project coordination with a metrics-driven approach.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B marketing.

• Govern assets, files and repositories for marketing materials with global teams.
• Coordinate customer storytelling and asset programs across segments.
