Job summary

Wise is growing its Americas team and seeks a Lifecycle Marketing Senior Manager to own and elevate the customer lifecycle strategy across North America and Latin America.

You will lead a small CRM team, design automated journeys to drive activation, cross-sell and retention, and partner with Product, Marketing, Analytics and Engineering to ensure messaging aligns with product roadmaps and customer needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in CRM or Lifecycle Marketing.
• 2+ years managing team members.
• Regional expertise in NorthAm and LatAm messaging.
• Data-driven with cohort analysis and A/B testing.
• Hands-on with autonomy; capable of writing briefs and presenting strategy.
• Technical fluency with enterprise CRM tools (Braze) and data schemas.
• Collaborative with Product and Engineering to protect customer experience.
• Customer-obsessed with relevant messaging, not spam.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a CRM team of 2+ professionals.
• Own end-to-end Americas lifecycle strategy for NorthAm and LatAm.
• Develop sophisticated automated journeys to drive activation, cross-sell and retention.
• Partner with Product, Product Marketing, Analytics and Regional Leads to align communications with roadmaps.
