Job summary

DACHSER USA AIR & SEA LOGISTICS INC is seeking an LCL Manager to execute the global LCL product strategy across the Americas, acting as revenue manager from door to door. The role drives CM/III and CM V and includes leadership of staff, development of regional networks, and ensuring MSR compliance.

The position also involves collaborating with Sales to win high-volume accounts, supporting tender activities with tariff data, and guiding inter-regional projects with the EL Division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent related work experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in logistics or freight forwarding preferred.
• Strong business acumen and data analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening and presentation skills.
• Take charge attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Stellar organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Windows programs, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Execute the global LCL product strategy in Americas as revenue manager.
• Lead professional and disciplinary management and development of employees.
• Improve regional LCL profitability, volume growth, network coverage.
• Define and execute regional LCL product and network strategy.
• Develop the regional LCL network including consolidation services, CFS/hubs, gateways and geofencing.
• Ensure compliance with global LCL NVOCC guidelines and manage relationships with LCL NVOCC partners.
• Foster cooperation between branches and network-countries.
• Support Sales to win high-volume accounts and develop relationships.
• Support regional sales tender management with tariff and MSR data; validate MSR.
• Drive interlocking projects with the European Logistics Division and guide country ocean freight management.
• Collect, analyze, and communicate market information to sea freight and sales.
• Other duties as assigned by Manager.
