Job summary

Deliverect, a leading API-first platform for restaurants and retailers, is seeking a Head of Customer Delivery for the Americas. You will guide high-impact, multi-party enterprise implementations across North and Latin America, shaping delivery strategies and ensuring value delivery at scale.

You will partner with regional heads, drive governance, and champion AI-driven automation to accelerate time-to-value while managing executive stakeholders and risk across the Americas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4+ years in technical implementation or program management.
• Restaurant/food delivery or hospitality tech domain experience preferred.
• Experience guiding enterprise-scale SaaS deployments with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise implementations across NOAM and LATAM from kickoff to stabilization.
• Design repeatable onboarding motions with regional heads and leads.
• Drive AI-driven automation within delivery life cycle to cut manual tasks.
• Act as final escalation leader for high-risk projects and unblock integrations.
• Align Product, Engineering, Support, Sales, and Partnerships to resolve blockers.
• Provide data-driven delivery health visibility to executives.
